It began with a conscience that wouldn't rest and became a sadaqah we hope endures
SalahBreak started as a small tool to save our prayers from busy workdays, and became a companion that reserves a place for prayer in every busy Muslim's day.
How it all started
On busy days, when the whole team is chasing a goal with a deadline closing in, we would forget the time — and forget ourselves.
Then we'd look up and realize we had combined prayers: Dhuhr and Asr together, sometimes Dhuhr, Asr and Maghrib. It wasn't laziness — busyness had swallowed us until we missed the most precious part of the day.
That feeling kept burning. So I decided to build a small tool just for myself. I tried it for two full months and saw how it changed my day: my prayer became a reserved appointment, not a lost moment.
Then I thought: why keep it to myself? So I took it to people.
Released for the sake of Allah
We count SalahBreak as an ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah): for us, our families, everyone who contributed, all Muslims, and our deceased and the deceased of the Muslims. That's why it is free forever — no subscription, no ads.
O Allah, accept it, and place it in the scale of good deeds of everyone who helped. 🤍
What makes it different?
SalahBreak isn't an app you open and close; it's an integrated system that accompanies you all day, wherever you are. It reminds you, understands your busyness, and reserves a place for your prayer before your day fills up.

Our vision
We hope SalahBreak becomes an essential tool in every company and on every employee's device. We dream of a day when prayer times are a respected part of work culture, not something forgotten in the rush.
We invite every HR, IT and management leader to integrate with us — supporting their employees and seeking the reward.
“Break” is a word every employee knows: the lunch break, the break between meetings. We wanted it to ring in the workplace and speak its language. But most importantly: your Salah is the first break — and the first to be reserved.
